Witam.

Problem jest następujący:

"Kino" na koncie użytkownika nie wykrywa kamery na ieee1394 podając komunikat:

raw1394 kernel module not loaded or failure to read/write /dev/raw1394

polecenie

root@localhost ~)# modprobe raw1394
FATAL: Module raw1394 not found.

Z konta root Kino wykrywa kamerę, może sterować nią przez ieee1394 lecz gdy nacisnę "CAPTURE" program się wywala.

Włączanie kamery powoduje tworzenie pliku /dev/fw1 - innych zmian nie zauważyłem.

Mój najlepszy przyjaciel powiedział mi, że moje jądro powinno już obsługiwać ten typ złącza.

pierwsze pytanie: kto jest Twoim najlepszym przyjacielem? ;> jeżeli nie google to musisz to zmienić ;)

 

niestety nie zmagałem się z firewire, ale możesz spróbować dwóch rozwiązań:

1. wyłącz SELinux (system-config-security) i sprawdź czy pójdzie

2. spróbuj aktywować firewire za pomocą tych how-to:
