Problem Z Instalacją Grafiki - Compaq Presario

witam.

mam w domku notebooka compaq presario 2100 wersja USA. postanowilem zainstalowac na nim fedore2 i spoko - tak zrobilem. ale mam jeden duuuzy problem: fedora nie obczaja m karty graficznej ATI MOBILITY RADEON. pod winda karta normalni pracuje (matryca 15'' 1024x768) a pod linuxem dzieje sie nastepujaco:

 

1. podczas pracy na konsoli (wylaczony tryb graficzny) obraz wyswietla mi sie tylko na 2/3 matrycy po srodku :(

 

2. w trybie graficznym nie mam ostrego czystego obrazu, a przy wlaczaniu Xsow dzieja sie przez okolo 5 sekun (_wogole_ → w ogóle) ORT cuda na matrycy

jesli chodzi o instalacje (_linuxa_ → Linuksa) ORT na laptopach to chyba najlepsza strona jaka widzialem jest: LinuxOnLaptop http://www.linux-on-laptops.com/compaq.html . tu ludzie opisuja swoje boje z roznym linuxem i roznymi laptokami. jak widac troche ludzi to poinstalowalo.. zobacz, moze znajdziesz rozwiazanie.. mialem kiedys problem ze stara armada, tu znalazlem rozwiazanie...
