Jak naprawić "Give root password for maintenance "?

Jak naprawić podczas bootowania systemu: 

Give root password for maintenance (or type Control-D to continue):

Po podaniu hasła owszem, jestem zalogowany. I co dalej robić?

 

W przypadku CTRL+D w zasadzie za chwilę ponownie dostaję ten sam komunikat "Give root password for maintenance".

 

Próbowałem po starcie z LiveUSB wykonać:

fsck -f -y /dev/sda6

brak błędów.

Próbowałem stworzyć plik /.autorelabel

 

Po wyświetleniu logów:

journalctl -xb

nie ma wpisów z obecną datą.

 

Więc póki co dalej bez zmian i nie wiem jak z tym walczyć.

 

 

System:

Fedora 34 x64  // Nastąpiła aktualizacja treści posta

Poprawiono wersję OS 24 -> 34. Poprawiono /dev/sda -> sda6

Wpisywanie poleceń z internetu, może nie działać.

Polecenie fsck służy do sprawdzania/naprawy systemu plików i musisz podać partycje, a nie cały dysk (teoretycznie można utworzyć system plików na całym dysku bez tworzenia partycji, ale w twoim przypadku jestem w 100% pewny, że to nie ma miejsca).

Niestety, na twoim zrzucie ekranu brakuje najciekawszych fragmentów, tych zaraz przed Started Emergency Shell

Prawdopodobnie, jest problem z zamontowaniem zaszyfrowanych partycji, powody mogą być różne,może uszkodzony dysk co zwraca polecenie smartctl -a /dev/xxx, gdzie /dev/xxx jest ścieżką do dysku na którym znajduje się system może to byś /dev/sda ale nie musi.

Co do fsck to pisałem posta z pamięci i faktycznie chodziło o sda6 - czyli konkretną partycję. 

Prawie na pewno nie chodzi o zaszyfrowane partycje, bo.. te działają (z systemu LiveUSB da się je normalnie montować itd.). Próbowałem nawet zakomentować je w /etc/fstab. Co prawda nie sprawdzałem je fsck.

 

Fragment po Started Emergency Shell - spróbuję wkleić jutro.

Tak samo przetestuję smartctl.

Musisz wstawić logi jako zwykły tekst (najlepiej jako kod) niestety jeżeli wstawisz jako załącznik to tylko ty możesz go otworzyć (jest to błąd forum, admini mogliby się tym, w końcu zająć)

Wygląda, że dysk ma bad sectory, może to być to przyczyna problemów, ale nie musi.

W dmesg niczego nie widać .

Musisz przejrzeć logi  z pomocą polecenia journalctl szukaj ciągów "error" oraz "mount"
