Andrzej Orkan Posted October 24, 2006 Report Share Posted October 24, 2006 Narazie czekając na FC6 przeczytałem recenzję tego release (tym razem nazywa się "Zed") w serwisie Phoronix i tam natknąłem się na taki fragment: Unfortunately, one of our package complaints is the use of the Mozilla Firefox 1.5 branch. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 is being released today, so it is unfortunate that FC6 had not shipped with the release candidate. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Mozilla Firefox 2.0 will reach the FC6 updates repository; users will need to wait for the release of Fedora Core 7 for official support. However, at the Phoronix Forums we have provided an unofficial Firefox 2.0 RPM for Fedora Core 6. Czyli to oznacza, że Firefox2 nie pojawi się w oficjalnych repozytoriach FC6? Ale oczywiscie mozesz zassac Firefoksa osobno albo zainstalowac jakiegos unoficiala, tak wiec tragedii nie ma:] No i z tego co widac to to nie jest chyba oficjalne stanowisko tworcow wiec nie jest to takie pewne.. nie wiem dlaczego mialo by nie byc ffoxa 2.0 w repo. To by nic zmieniło - paczka przechodziłaby przez ten sam proces co teraz.
