Mam taki "fajny, magiczny" przycisk włączający i wyłączający funkcje touchpadu. Zaraz po włączeniu laptopa touchpad działa prawidłowo. Żadnych wariacji, czy niedziałających funkcji (przewijanie, powiększanie obrazu i prawy/lewy przycisk myszy). Jednak po dwukrotnym wciśnięciu tego przycisku, o którym wcześniej wspomniałem (czyli wyłączeniu i włączeniu) touchpad nie działa. Na laptopie mam zainstalowaną Fedorę 12, nie instalowałem żadnych sterowników do obsługi myszki, a tym bardziej touchpadu (i jak widać nie są potrzebne do działania touchpadu). Komputer wyłączam rzadko, więc gdy pracuję w domu i mam miejsce by używać myszki pod USB wygodniej jest wyłączyć touchpada (czasem zdarza się dotknąć go dłonią i przeskakuje kursor, lub co gorsza kliknę w złym miejscu i zacznę w nim pisać nawet o tym nie wiedząc, co może mi spartolić cały kod - piszę aplikacje webowe), Później by go włączyć muszę specjalnie resetować maszynę, co zaczyna być uciążliwe. Takie akcje możesz przypisać do klawisza. Ja tak mam zrobione, chociaż nie używam. Z własnego doświadczenia wiem, że tylko na początku touchpad przeszkadza i z czasem można nauczyć pracować z włączonym touchpadem. Po wpisaniu w konsoli "synclient TouchpadOff=0" dostaję komunikat "Couldn't find synaptics properties. No synaptics driver loaded?". Poszperałem w googlach i znalazłem coś takiego [link]. Wypełniłem plik, o którym wspomina artykuł, zresetowałem maszynę i... Nic. Nadal dostaję powyższy komunikat ("Couldn't find synaptics properties. No synaptics driver loaded?"). Nie mam pojęcia dlaczego i dlaczego to w ogóle działa, ale może wynik hal-device | grep -B 15 input.x11_driver rozjaśniłby trochę. Mógłbyś oczywiście ręcznie napisać plik xorg.conf, który wymusiłby używanie synaptics, ale to oznacza, że musiałbyś manualnie obsłużyć inne urządzenia (mysz i klawiaturę). Nie wiem jakie masz doświadczenie z linuksem, ale jeśli niewielkie to może być ciężko.
