Przeczytałem w poradniku dział Instalacja binarki i nic z tego nie rozumiem

Kupiłem sobie tuner tv wszystko niby dobrze ale tam jest plik binarny + sterownik

Jestem idiotą linuxowym i nic nie umiem zrobić chyba że mam gotowy kod, który wkleję do terminala.

Czy mógłbym ktoś wytłumaczyć (najlepiej podać gotowy kod) jak mam zainstalować ten program + co mam zrobić ze sterownikiem.
